At Venture In, in the cool pines you will feel a true relief from the high heat of the desert Southwest. This beautiful park opens each year on May 1st giving you and opportunity to experience 6 months of the beautiful White Mountains. The park offers completely furnished 1 year old Park Models. These homes are affordable and nicely decorated. You only need to bring your personal belongings. Please remember to bring along a good book, sit back, and get ready to enjoy the smell of Pine and cool, cool summer breezes. Rentals are available both long term and short term. Rental units come fully furnished. Linens,
pots and pans, dishes, and all appliances are included.
Park models rentals are approximately 400 square feet, one bedroom, one
bath. |
Rental balance: half of rental amount is due thirty days prior to
reservation date. The balance is due upon arrival.
Reservation/cleaning deposit: $350.00. Day of departure, turn in your
keys to the office. Your park model will be inventoried and inspected, if
clean and damage free, your deposit will be mailed to you.
Rental Rates include: All utilities, use of all resort facilities,
and participation in activities.
Rules/Guidelines: Renter and/or renter's guests guidelines are the
same as the resort. Guidelines and rules are presented at check in.
Mail delivery to a locked postal box #, a $5.00 refundable key deposit
required.
No smoking allowed in rental units.

CANCELATION / REFUND POLICY
Time before reservation start date:
45 days: Full refund minus $25.00 processing fee.
44 - 8 days: Rain check valid for 12 months from original
reservation start date.
7 days or less: No refunds and no rain checks
Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of
season.
Terms of use for Rain checks:
• Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of
stay
• Re-booking is subject to availability
• May only be used once
• Rain checks are non-transferable
